We think this is a great quote because so often we really do sweat the small stuff. In the grand scheme of things, its easy to overlook just how fortunate one is. This is one of the reasons why we love supporting Sydney Children’s Hospital – it is a constant reminder to count our blessings.

This quote came through 2 days before Israel was about to run his first ever marathon. Quite appropriate don’t you think?

Of course his response was “I’ll just focus on this one I think”. Now he has proven to himself that his mind can beat his body by running one marathon, he is considering another… will there then be a 3rd to see if he likes it? We’ll keep you posted.
